Is ClinicScribe AI HIPAA compliant?
ClinicScribe AI is designed with HIPAA-conscious architecture. Audio is transcribed and immediately deleted — no raw audio is ever permanently stored. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The doctor is always the final approver of every note. We recommend executing a BAA with your organization's compliance officer.
How accurate is the AI transcription?
We use OpenAI's Whisper, one of the most accurate speech-to-text engines available. It handles medical terminology well and works in typical clinic noise environments. Sections with low confidence are flagged for doctor review.
Does it integrate with my EHR (Axis, ChiroTouch, etc.)?
Currently, ClinicScribe AI generates copy-paste-ready notes formatted for direct use in any EHR. One click copies the entire note to your clipboard. Direct API integrations with specific EHR systems are on our roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of your billing period.

How many doctors can use one account?

Is the audio stored anywhere?
No. Audio is processed in real-time, transcribed, and immediately deleted. Only the approved text note is saved. This is a core design principle for patient privacy.
